- What fundamentals are crucial for successful negotiations?
- How can you achieve optimal preparation?
- Which techniques, tactics, and rhetorical tools make a difference?
- What role do mindset and communication play?
- Which specific strengths do women bring to negotiations – and how can typical pitfalls be avoided?
Look forward to practical tips, hands-on exercises, and concrete takeaways for your next negotiation success!
More about terahertz.NRW and “Women in THz”
With our terahertz.NRW network, we want to harness the disruptive potential of the technology. This involves developing new mobile applications for communication, localization, material characterization, medical technology and environmental monitoring. terahertz.NRW is a network of Fraunhofer FHR, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, University of Duisburg-Essen, Fraunhofer IMS and Bergische Universität Wuppertal, funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
With “women in THz”, we want to promote and network female scientists at different career levels in terahertz research, also to increase the representation of female researchers and scientists.
